  • The Trust does not offer any lottery, lucky draw, gambling, or chance-based scheme. We do not accept payments for any gambling activity.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a payment, or you must use the Platform under parental/guardian supervision.
  • You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration or form submission.

2. PURPOSE OF PAYMENT (NON-REFUNDABLE)

  • The amount paid (example: INR 200) is a voluntary contribution and/or processing/administrative fee to support Trust initiatives such as widow support, student scholarships, medical aid, and other welfare activities.
  • This payment is NOT a refundable deposit and NOT a purchase of goods/services.
  • ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to payment failures, incorrect form submissions, non-selection, rejection, partial eligibility, or non-availability of funds.

3. BENEFICIARY SELECTION / APPROVAL

  • Submitting a form does not create any right to receive benefit.
  • Selection is done by Trust’s committee based on eligibility criteria, document verification, need assessment, and availability of funds.
  • The Trust reserves the right to approve, reject, or keep pending any application without assigning reasons.
  • The Trust may change selection criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, and benefit types at its discretion.

4. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

  • Users may be asked to upload documents such as ID proof, income proof, widow certificate, school bonafide, medical reports, etc.
  • If any document is found to be fake, tampered, or misleading, the Trust may reject the application and may report the matter to authorities.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will not misuse the Platform for fraud, misinformation, or illegal activities.
  • You will not submit someone else’s personal data without lawful authority or consent.
  • You understand that internet transactions may fail due to technical reasons; however, if payment is successful, it remains non-refundable.

6. NO WARRANTY

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or availability of any specific feature.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Trust and its trustees/volunteers/employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • The Trust is not liable for non-selection, delays in verification, incorrect user details, internet/payment gateway issues, or third-party failures.
  • If any liability is proven, the maximum aggregate liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
  • The Trust is not responsible for payment gateway downtime, chargebacks, or bank failures.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website content, logo, and branding belong to the Trust. Users may not copy or misuse any content without written permission.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for any User for suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
